Makuri Islands. New York. France. Richmond. Every world and every route.
Choose to mimic the effort levels and climb durations needed to complete a 60-minute lap of Il Corso Imbattibile while you ride the Achterbahn route or the 2018 UCI Worlds Course Short Lap in Innsbruck.
Take the effort levels of a 45-minute 719 Ride lap to the 2019 UCI World Road Championship Harrogate Circuit in Yorkshire or the Triple Loops in London.
Bring the diesel-demanding 75-minute workout to Alpe du Zwift or Ven-Top.
Tackle the 90-minute workout on Watopia's Volcano Circuit to enjoy a merry-go-round of virtual repetition.
Each Zwift workout is available with and without commentary from the fictional inspiration of the 719 Ride, Ottavio Severo.
- Download the compressed file containing all eight workouts.
- Unzip the file and add the individual workouts to your Documents\Zwift\Workouts\<your Zwift ID> folder.
- The workouts will be accessible from your custom workouts menu the next time you launch Zwift.

About the Workouts
A lap of The Course That Cannot Be Defeated generally takes 55 to 70 minutes to complete in the outside world. Some people go faster, and many go slower. The range tends to span 45 to 105 minutes.
Each of the custom workouts bring the 719 Ride parcours into Zwift with efforts and segment durations that represent an outdoor experience on Il Corso Imbattibile.
45-minute, 60-minute, 75-minute and 90-minute workouts are included in the download file.
Each workout is pegged to a percentage of your FTP. The 45-minute workout has shorter duration segments with higher relative power outputs. The longer workouts lengthen the efforts and adjust the power requirements to mirror the effort and duration typical for each climb when seeking to complete a full lap in the real world.
The workouts do not include a warmup. They hit you with a demand for steady power right from the get-go, as if you rolled out of the Chipeta Elementary School parking lot in Colorado Springs and immediately started climbing Flying W Ranch Rd.
